		<description>Ms. Johnson, I saw a segment on the ABC network (8-30-10) where you suggested some good tips/ pointers for resumes. However, there is something disturbing in what I saw. One of your tips was to omit the date(s) of any degrees conferred. Your reason was that it &quot;ages you&quot;. I add &quot;so&quot;?  I add that tongue-in-cheek because your tip just cosigns the institutional age discrimination that is in the workplace. So, I don&#039;t blame you for our society&#039;s woes, but it is a sad statement that applicants are advised to hide their age. With all of the boomers needing work, this is a troubling sign for America. Although you are not to blame, cosigning this type of discrimination without addressing it is not helping.</description>
