Ms. Benami-Rahm founded DBR Career Services, Inc. in 2004, after experiencing her 6th corporate layoff, restructure or position elimination. Debbie comes to us with over 25 years of corporate Human Resources, from both sides of the HR desk, with experience specializing in talent recruitment/ hiring and talent development in 8 different industries.
