Thanks for the recommendation on the book Leadership and Self Deception. I just completed my order on Amazon.com and look forward to reading it.

After 7 years, I once again find myself between careers. Not very good timing but it wasn’t my decision. Your blog was sent at a very difficut time in my struggle to determine my new direction. Thanks for sharing it with us.
