You are soooo right. Too much busyness robs us of so much we miss. This year I have promised my daughter to give of my time to my friends and family and to our community. Your article just emphasizes what we should all do, take time out to smell the roses.

Thanks for sharing this article. It is inpirational and one that we need to read often during these times. It is nice to know that there are people like you that take the time to write what is often on our minds, but dont take the time to share. I really liked the midgetfest part!!!

Thanks so much for sharing some positive inspiration. The Bah, Hum Bug Blues, really apply to people in all walks of life.

I’ve been all over the employment spectrum and know that for me neither job, nor financial status, can determine happiness. Happiness comes from being able to trust in God’s plan, and sharing our talents for God’s glory.

I agree we have to be grateful and positive in good times and bad. It’s the difficult times that help us learn and grow. It’s sacrifice that gives us bounty. So those who sacrifice should know that blessings will come, if not for them, most certainly for their children. I am a testimony to that.

Thanks for sharing. By the way I’m short, and therefore qualify for those Midgetfest’s. Ha Ha
