		<description>I think this is an accurate statement. I think most people are holding on to their current position simply out of fear. Once the job market improves there will be a mass exodus from people holding onto mediocre jobs and jobs they just don&#039;t like. Accounting professionals are generally more conservative but won&#039;t hesitate to walk given the opportunity.</description>
